NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE CITY OF DES MOINES MUNICIPAL HOUSING AGENCY ANNUAL BUDGETS Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 4:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 1200 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309, separate hearings will be conducted by the Des Moines Municipal Housing Governing Board for the Municipal Housing Agency of the City of Des Moines, Iowa: (i) to consider adoption of the Agency's amended budget for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 and (ii) to consider adoption of the Agency's proposed budget for the next fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. A copy of the Municipal Housing Agency's amended budget for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and a copy of the Agency's proposed budget for the next fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, are on file and will be made available for distribution and pickup at the Office of the City Clerk, 1200 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. Opportunity will be given for any resident or taxpayer of the City or the area of operation of the Agency to present objections to or arguments in favor of any part of the Agency's amended budget for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and any part of the Agency's proposed budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
