PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 14, 2026, in the amount of $211,538.68 , and interest charges and all sums thereafter advanced by Plaintiff, the Sheriff or his assignee will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the Clerk of Courts Office at the time of the sale in cash, casher's check or certified funds, payable to the Clerk of Courts Office. Personal checks cannot and will not be accepted. The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the Clerk of Courts Office in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, no later than ten days after the Court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold "as is", is not available for viewing, and subject to all liens, encumbrances, and unpaid real estate taxes.

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section Eleven (11), which is marked by a Kewaunee County Monument; thence North 86°55'25" West along the Section line a distance of 220.00 feet; thence South 3°04'35" West a distance of 40.00 feet to the South right of way line of County Trunk "F" said point being the point of real beginning; thence continue South 3°04'35" West 52.75 feet; thence North 86°55'25" West 18.13 feet to the East right of way line of County Trunk "E" thence South 30°24'45" East along the said right of way 303.66 feet; thence South 86°55'25" East 189.58 feet; thence North 3°04'35" East 306.00 feet to the South right of way line of County Trunk "F", thence North 86°55'25" West along the said right of way 339.00 feet to the point of beginning.
