AV08000091 / ADOT STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS ARE DUE: FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2026, AT 12:00 P.M. *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport North Infield Paving and Drainage Improvements 2-Step Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The purpose of this project is to improve the long-term integrity and safety of the infields. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $14.3 million. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation. This is a Federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. Pre-Submittal Meeting A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Diamondbacks Conference Room, Aviation Design and Construction Services Building, 500 S. 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal.
