Carter II, Jacob Carter, Martha Courtright, Malissa Higgins, Jeffrey Kesman, Andrianna White, and Amber Williams, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 for a declaratory judgment and to quiet title to the property commonly known as: vacant land fronting on Cedar Dr., Grove City, OH 43123; Parcel No. 230-002423-00 and 230-002424; otherwise described as: Situated in the County of Franklin, in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Pleasant: Being Lots Numbered Ninety (90) and Ninety-one (91) of The Covered Bridge Subdivision as said lots are numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 19, Page 31, Recorder’s Office, Franklin County, Ohio. Together with the westerly half of the vacated 10-foot alley adjoining said lots on the east. Vacation by Franklin County Commissioners by RR 27/139. Plaintiffs are seeking a judgment to declare Plaintiff to be the lawful owner of said property, an award of damages against Defendants, attorney fees, costs, interest, and for any other equitable relief. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
