IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, ALABAMA   IN THE MATTER OF   SYMIR A ROBINSON   Case No.: JU-2025-000102.01   ORDER OF PUBLICATION   In this case it is made to appear to the Court by the Affidavit of, Alketra Robinson, the Petitioner, that the whereabouts of the father, Eldred Busby Jr., of the child is unknown and that said Father has avoided service.   It futher appears that the Petition alleges said child to be abandoned by the father in this State; Therefore, the Petitioner is requesting the father's parental rights be terminated and that permanent custody be vested in Alketra Robinson.    It is therefore ORDERED that service by publication be made in The Hampton County Guardian published in the City and County of Estill and the State of South Carolina, and any other newspaper as may be required under Ala. Code 1975 12-15-318, for four (4) consecutive weeks, requiring the father, Eldred Busby Jr., of Symir A.
