Public Notice   Woodlawn Park Redevelopment Project: Upper Moreland Township will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for “Contract 21-11058.02: Woodlawn Park Redevelopment Project,” until Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.   Improvements include but are not limited to demolition, general grading and site work, installation of recreation fields, equipment and other amenities, and stormwater sewers and basins. Issuance of Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be on or about June 1, 2026, with Substantial Completion by November 12, 2026.   All Bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%.
