NOTICE - REQUEST FOR QUOTES  Millcreek Township is seeking quotes from qualified Contractor(s) for mowing of various Flood Detention Basins across the Township. The selected Contractor shall cut and remove all vegetation, brush, trees, etc. from ten different Flood Detention Basins. The Contractor shall dispose of all removed materials. Quote Request Forms may be reviewed and/or obtained at the office of the Millcreek Township Engineering Department, 3608 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506, (814-833-1111 x 373) or sent via email (Please email Chad McConnell at cmcconnell@millcreektownship.com for a pdf copy). The selected Contractor will have to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance. All work for the project shall be completed by August 21, 2026. Quote Proposals are due by Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the price proposals. Millcreek Township intends to pick and choose, if necessary, a total of lump sum prices from one Contractor’s bid that does not exceed the budgeted amount for the project.
