NOTICE TO BIDDERS   SEALED PROPOSALS for materials, will be accepted by the Clinton Township Board of Supervisors until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at the Clinton Township Municipal Building, 1799 White Oak Drive, Forest City PA 18421 for the following materials: PennDOT spec 2A modified, #2 stone, #3 stone, #7 stone, stone dust, trail surface aggregate, R3 and R4 rip rap. All material priced by the ton delivered. Delivery will be either tailgated on site or stockpiled at the township building. Cost per ton to include all fuel surcharges and trucking. All materials delivered must include load tickets and PennDOT certificate of compliance CS4171. All bids sealed and marked “2026 Aggregate Materials Bid” will be presented to the Clinton Township Board of Supervisors at the scheduled regular meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at which time they will be considered, and the contract will be awarded.
