By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Donald Boyd and Alaina S. Boyd to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC, and now held by Rocket Mortgage, LLC, said mortgage dated June 11, 2024 and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 58990, Page 65, said mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC to Rocket Mortgage, LLC by assignment dated August 7, 2025 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 60217, Page 105; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on April 16, 2026 at 09:00 AM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITH THE BUILDING THEREON LOCATED IN PLYMOUTH, PLYMOUTH COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS AND SHOWN AS LOT 50A-9 ON PLAN NO. 188 OF 1955 RECORDED AT PLYMOUTH DEEDS IN PLAN BOOK 37, PAGE 765 TO WHICH PLAN REFERENCE IS MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION.
Commonly known as: 854 State Rd, Plymouth, MA 02360-5117
THE PROPERTY ADDRESS AND TAX PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBERLISTED ARE PROVIDED SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.
Being the same property conveyed to Alaina S. Boyd and Donald Boyd, a married couple as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated August 6, 2022 of record in Deed Book 57146, Page 213 Instrument/Case No. 00068775, in the County Clerk's Office.
The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
