40 GROVE STREET, BELLINGHAM LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE April 9, 2026   In accordance with the Town of Bellingham’s Zoning By-Laws §240-38, Back Lot Division, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019.   The applicants and owners John and Robin McCarthy request a Special Permit to subdivide a parcel of land, one of which has less than the required frontage at the western side of Grove Street in Bellingham, approximately 10.5+/- acres of land, shown on Assessor’s Map 22-1-7, zoned Agriculture.   The plans were prepared by D & L Design Group, 115 Water Street, Milford MA 01757.
