Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at DAHG's Central Office, 321East 11th Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.   A pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, at 10:00AM at The Elwyn Building located at 321 E. 11th st Wilmington, DE 19801.
