By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 12/15/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 04/22/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
One (1) certain piece or portion of ground, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, thereof known on that certain plat of map as lot four (4) and the easternmost ten feet of lot three (3) of Green Acres Subdivision es shown on a map thereof dated January 6, 1971, revised January 24, 1973, by Michael Gene Burke, surveyor, recorded at entry no. 365476, official records of the clerk of court's office Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Lot four (4) measures fifty feet (50') front on Green Acres Drive by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred fifteen feet (115'). The easternmost ten feet (10') of lot three is immediately adjacent to lot four (4) on it's western side and the ten foot portion also measures one hundred fifteen feet (115') in depth between equal and parallel lines. The property is bounded on the south by Green Acres Drive, on the north by property of Augustine Rodrigue, now or formerly, on the east by lot five of said subdivision and on the west by the remainder of lot three of said subdivision which property is retained in ownership by the vendor Life Tabernacle, Inc.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $93937.97 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
