By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 02/20/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 04/22/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
Starting from the eastern corner of Lot 1 of Block 8, (said corner is also the western intersection of the right of way of Aspen Drive and 2nd Street), and proceeding at a bearing of south 41 degrees 54 minutes 14 seconds west for a distance of 720.0' feet to the point of which shall be designated as the "Point of Beginning". Starting from said point of beginning and proceeding follows:
Thence at a bearing of south 41 degrees 54 minutes 14 seconds west for a distance along Aspen Drive of 80.00 feet to a point;
Thence bearing of north 48 degrees 5 minutes 46 seconds west for a distance of 115.0' feet to a point; thence at a bearing of north 41 degrees 54 minutes 14 seconds east for a distance of 80.00 feet to a point;
Thence at a bearing of south 48 degrees 5 minutes 46 seconds east for a distance of 115.0 feet to the point designated as the point of beginning.
Said lot is more specifically shown as Lot 10, Block 8 on a plat by Larry J. Picciola, Inc. entitled "Elmwood Estates Addendum No. 3- Phase 1, with the following description "Survey plat showing Addendum No. 3, Phase 1, (Lots 1 through 15 of Block 7, Lots 1 through 15 of Block 8, Lot 15 of Block 9, and Lot 15 of Block 10) of the Elmwood Estates Subdivision, located in Section 66, T-16S, R-18 E, Raceland, LA, Lafourche Parish, latest revision is July 29, 1997. Said plat is recorded at the clerk of court, Parish of Lafourche, under entry number 819114.
Said lot is bounded on the southeast side or front by Aspen Drive, on the northeast side by Lot 9 of Block 8 of Addendum No. 3 to Elmwood Estates Subdivision, on the northwest side or rear by other property of Elmwood Estates, Inc. and on the southwest side by Lot 11 of Block 8 of Addendum No. 3 Elmwood Estates
Subdivision.
Said lot contains 9,200 square feet and is subject to a 12 foot utility servitude along Aspen Drive.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $174494.49 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
