LEGAL NOTICE
By order of the Board of Education, Sycamore Community School District, sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Sycamore Board of Education/District Office, 5959 Hagewa Dr., Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 until 9:00 AM, local time April 8, 2026 immediately after which they will be publicly opened and read in the conference room at 5959 Hagewa Dr., Cincinnati, Ohio 45242, for up to two (2) 77 Passenger Buses according to the specifications of the Sycamore Board of Education.
No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
All school bus bids must meet or exceed all current (FMVSS) Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards which specifically apply to school buses. The buses will, when assembled and prior to delivery, comply with safety regulations of the Department of Education adopted by and with the consent of the Director of Highway Safety pursuant to RC 4511.01, 4511.76 and all other pertinent provisions of law.
Specifications and instructions to bidders are on file in the office of the Assistant Superintendent, Sycamore Board of Education, 5959 Hagewa Dr., Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
