High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Ruth Estis, Deceased and Heirs or Devisees of Ruth Estis, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 1311-1315 Hildreth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203, parcel number 010-021687-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1311-1315 Hildreth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitled. Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduled for May 7, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S.
