NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-007311-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the FIFTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN BU BALMASEDA; LORAINE COSTA DA SILVA; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES,LLC, are Defendants, Joseph Abruzzo, Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 11, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 82, THE PALM BEACH FARMS CO. PLAT NO. 2, THE TOWNSITE OF LUCERNE (NOW KNOWN AS TOWN OF LAKE WORTH), ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 29 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as: 327 N H St, Lake Worth, FL 33460
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
