PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA The City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter, and from time to time thereafter as necessary, at the Riviera Beach Event Center located at 190 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, to consider the below Ordinance: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Florida, amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 20 (Utilities), Article V (Water), Division II, Cross Connection Control, to enact cross connection control regulations to protect the City’s drinking water system from contaminants; providing a conflicts clause; providing a codification clause; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; and providing an effective date. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
