Parcel No. 1: BEGINNING at a point in the center of a forty foot road; thence in and along the center of said road, South sixty-six degrees thirty minutes East seventy-three and sixty-four one-hundredths feet to a point; thence by the same, South eighty-two degrees twenty-five minutes East seventy-five and sixty-one one-hundredths feet to a point; thence by the same, North seventy-seven degrees forty-two minutes East one hundred seventy-five and sixty-five one-hundredths feet to a point in line of lands of Albert McCormick; thence by said. Lands, South forty-nine degrees thirteen minutes East (at twenty-three and nineteen one-hundredths feet passing over a pipe) eighty-three and forty-nine one-hundredths feet to a pipe; thence by lands formerly of George Henderson, South fifty-seven degrees six minutes West three hundred thirty-seven and two one-hundredths feet to a pipe; thence by lands of Orien. Reish, North thirty-three degrees fifty-seven minutes West two hundred sixteen feet to a pipe a corner of lands of said Orien Reish, and lands of Raymond Price, Jr.; thence by lands intended to be conveyed to Ray Price, Jr. by Robert L. Christman and wife, North twenty-three degrees thirty minutes East sixty-five and seventy-six one-hundredths feet to the place of BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING any portion of the above described Lot that is within the limits of the above mentioned forty foot road.
