George owner and developer", dated May 15, 1978 prepared by Robert G. Beers R. S. #23669-E, and recorded June 7, 1978 in Plot Book Volume 36, Page 71; thence along said Southeasterly line of Township Road No. 439 North 12 degrees 15 minutes 42 seconds East 61.67 feet to an iron pin, a point of curvature; thence by the same along a curve to the right having a radius of 150.00 feet for an arc length of 151.57 feet (chord bearing and distance being North 41 degrees 12 minutes 35 seconds East 145.20 feet) to an iron pin, a point of tangency; thence by the same North 70 degrees 09 minutes 28 seconds East 110.45 feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot No. 36 South 19 degrees 50 minutes 32 seconds East 244.94 feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot No. 38 South 15 degrees 19 minutes 33 seconds West 40.00 feet to an iron pin; thence by the afore-mentioned Lot No. 34 North 77 degrees 44 minutes 18 seconds West 291.88 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.141 Acres and being Lot No. 35, Section 5, Evergreen Lake.
Being the same premises which Robert Paul Mangieri, executor of the Estate of Gussie Mangieri, by Deed dated 02/24/2003 and recorded 03/04/2023, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Monroe, in Deed Book 2146, Page 4798, granted and conveyed unto Robert Paul Mangieri, in fee.
AND the said Robert Mangieri has departed this life on or about 07/19/2024 thereby vesting title of the mortgaged premises unto Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns, and all Persons, Firms, or Associations Claiming Right, Title or Interest from or under Robert Paul Mangieri, Deceased.
