By virtue of a certified copy of a Default Judgment directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06 2501 PL 000200, wherein The Peoples State Bank was Third-Party Plaintiff, and IN Land Biz LLC, 2247 Sunday Dr LLC, Gary Michael Ross, Jr., and Tessa G. Ross were Third-Party Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Default Judgment with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on May 15, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. on said day, at online public auction, at www.zeusauction, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Clear Creek Township, Monroe County, Indiana:
Lot 8 in Benchmark Subdivision as shown by the final plat thereof recorded September 28, 2012, as Instrument No. 2012016449, Plat Cabinet D, Envelope 1187, in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.

Commonly known as 2247 S Sunday Dr, Bloomington, Indiana 467403.
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
