REQUEST FOR PROPOSERS PTC Level 3 Support   The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (“District”) is seeking consulting services to include Level 3 Support Services for Positive Train Control (PTC). All proposals must meet NICTD’s specifications as further described in the Proposal Packet.   The Proposal Packet, including the work scope, is available online at www.nictdplanroom.com. Proposers are encouraged to access this site to retrieve the proposal packet, updated proposal information and addendums.   Information regarding these Proposals, including the results, can be found athttps://mysouthshoreline.com/nictd/purchasing-contractors/   Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the NICTD Plan Room submission link, located at the top left of the Project Information page. Proposals shall be submitted on forms contained in each proposal package.   Proposals will be received not later than 2:30 P.M., local time, Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The “Submit Bid” link will be disabled after the above stated time and date, so be sure to allow enough time to upload the entire proposal prior to this time. NICTD is not responsible for proposals that failed to upload prior to the submission deadline. Proposals must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the proposal package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a proposal.   NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require. NICTD will interview and enter into negotiations with any proposer it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
