TOWNSHIP OF RARITAN HUNTERDON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC NOTICE PROCEDURE IN COMPLIANCE WITH P.L. 2025 C.72   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that whenever the Township of Raritan is required by law or by order or rule of any court to publish or advertise a legal notice, the Township of Raritan will publish or advertise the legal notice on the Township of Raritan’s official Internet website, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c.72. The complete text of each legal notice may be obtained or viewed by the public or the official Internet website of the Township of Raritan at https://www.raritantwpnj.gov   P.L. 2025, c.72 required the Secretary of State (SoS) to create a statewide legal notice webpage for municipalities to submit their public notice webpages to the SoS and include the link to the SoS’s webpage in their bi-monthly notices.
