NOTICE IS GIVEN TO YOU: Samim Munshi, as Special Representative for Sheila K. Shawgo, deceased, Chelsie Allard, Kentricia Burgard, UNKNOWN HEIRS AND LEGATEES OF SHEILA K. SHAWGO, Illinois Housing Development Authority, LVNV Funding LLC, UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON RECORD CLAIMANTS; defendants, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
A part of the Southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 3 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Fulton County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows and bearings are for descriptive purposes only:
Commencing at a disk at the Northeast corner of said Section 9, thence along the East line of said Section 9 bearing South 00 degrees 17 minutes 48 seconds West, a distance of 3321.95 feet to the projection of an existing fence and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described:
From the point of beginning; thence continuing along said East line bearing South 00 degrees 17 minutes 48 seconds West, a distance of 164.42 feet; thence bearing North 87 degrees 12 minutes 00 second West, a distance of 322.30 feet to an iron rod; thence bearing North 12 degrees 10 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 148.21 feet to an iron rod in said existing fence; thence along said fence bearing North 89 degrees 15 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 291.54 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.091 acres more or less.
Subject to the rights, if any, of the public for roadway purposes along the East side of the above described parcel.
Commonly known as: 28534 N. State Route 97, Fairview, IL 61432 and which said mortgage was made by, Sheila K. Shawgo and Kevin L. Shawgo wife and husband, Mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Mortgagee, as Nominee for Mortgage Services III, LLC, its successors and/or assigns, Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Fulton County, Illinois, as Document No. 1774245; and for other relief.
