that Plaintiff commenced this case in the Circuit Court of Fulton County against you and other defendants, for foreclosure of a certain mortgage lien recorded against the real estate described as follows:
A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST OF THE FOURTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT 131 FEET WEST OF A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE CB&Q RAILROAD, AS NOW OCCUPIED AND FENCED 598 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION, SAID POINT BEING 60 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT OWNED BY LUCIEN A.
