Request for Qualifications (RFQ) –
Professional Design Services
Washoe County Community Services Department (CSD) is requesting qualified firms to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for complete design, development, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a new county-wide Ignition SCADA system.
Washoe County is seeking a firm for the complete design, development, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the new county-wide Ignition SCADA system. The primary objective is to deliver a fully integrated, highly reliable, and cyber-secure system that provides a single, intuitive interface for all WCCSD wastewater and reclaimed water operations. The new system will serve as the foundation for data-driven decision-making process optimization and help with proactive maintenance for years to come.
This is a qualifications-based selection process, and no design or fee proposals are to be provided with the RFQ submittal. The process is intended to evaluate and score the submissions and make a selection from the initial submission. A formal interview process will be held at the discretion of Washoe County.
