NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2506-MF-000074 wherein First Merchants Bank, F/K/A First Merchants Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Joseph Lee Michael A/K/A Joseph L. Michael; Deborah K. Michael were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.

A part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 11 East in Delaware Township, Delaware County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a nail on the East line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 11 East, said nail being North 00 degrees, 03 minutes, 58 seconds West 490.0 feet (assumed bearing) from a stone at the Southeast corner of said Half-Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees, Thirty-seven minutes, 51 seconds West 211.50 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence North 00 degrees, 03 minutes, 58 seconds west 402.69 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence North 89 degrees 10 minutes 02 seconds East 211.50 feet to a nail on the East line of said Half-Quarter section; thence South 00 degrees, 03 minutes, 58 second East, 404.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.95 acres, more or less, and subject to the right-of-way for County Road 650 E along the Easterly side and to all easements of record.
