Invitation to Bid The City of Venice invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide the following goods or services, which is described in detail in the Specifications. ITB No.: 3189-26 Bid Title: New Terminal Building PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work involves construction of a new two-story Airport Terminal Building, comprising approximately 9,000 square feet of common-use space, conference rooms, a pilot flight-planning area, and offices. The facility is designed to withstand major hurricane-force winds and to support rapid airport reopening following storm events. The scope also involves related site improvements including a new parking facility, access gate, stormwater infrastructure, and roadway improvements.
