THERE WILL BE AN ELECTION IN THE TOWN OF HEBRON ON
TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2026, TO ELECT TWO (2) COMMISSIONERS
In a concerted effort of the Commissioners of Hebron, we urge you to Vote!
If you are interested in being a candidate for Commissioner – file a Certificate of Candidacy with the Town Administrator, which may be obtained from the Town of Hebron.
Candidates for Commissioner must file a Certificate of Candidacy showing their intention to run with the Town Administrator no later than April 6, 2026. Each Candidate at the time of filing must also file the form required by the Ethics Ordinance of the Town of Hebron. Each Commissioner shall have attained the age of eighteen (18) years on the day of election, shall have resided within the corporate limits of Hebron for not less than six (6) months prior to the date of the election and shall have been a qualified registered voter of the town for six (6) months preceding this election. The Commissioners must continue to reside within the Town for the entire term of their office.
VOTER REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY – Any person who is properly registered to vote in any special or general election in the State of Maryland, or who is on the voter registration rolls of the Town of Hebron, and who shall have resided in the Town of Hebron for a period of six (6) months immediately preceding any town election shall be a qualified voter of the town. Every qualified voter shall be entitled to vote in all town elections.

Absentee Ballots Must be Requested on or before March 24, 2026
