REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 01-26 Food & Beverage Services for the Palm Springs Convention Center. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of providing the City with Food and Beverage services for the sale of food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, for the Palm Springs Convention Center (PSCC). The City of Palm Springs requires catering within the PSCC, including concession stands and beverage vending. PREPROPOSAL SITE WALK: A Preproposal site walk will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 9:00 am PST at 277 N Avenida Caballeros, Palm Springs, CA. All proposers are encouraged to attend. DEADLINE: All proposals must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the RFP no later than 2:00 p.m., PST April 21, 2026.
