2026 TOWN & COUNTY TAXES   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, TRACY YOGMAN, RECEIVER OF TAXES of the Town of Mamaroneck, have received from JAINE ELKIND ENEY, as SUPERVISOR of said Town, the warrant for collection of Judicial, Town, County and Town District Taxes and Water Arrears for the year 2026, and that I will receive such taxes at my office, 740 West Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, New York, every day commencing with the 1st day of April 2026, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays or by U.S. Mail or on-line.   Penalties in the following scale will be charged against persons neglecting to pay these taxes for 2026 and after the levy thereof:   If paid during the month of April, 0%; May, two (2%) percent; June or July, five (5%) percent; August or September, seven (7%) percent; October, November or December, ten (10%) percent; January, February, March or April 2027 twelve (12%) percent; May 2027, thirteen (13%) percent.
