REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Corpus Christi is currently accepting proposals for: RFP 7138 – Benefits Consulting Services The RFP is available on the City’s Supplier Portal: www.cctexas.com/business/supplierportal A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on April 2, 2026 @ 10:00 am (CT) via WebEx. All Proposers are encouraged to attend. Requests for Clarification concerning the RFP are due on April 9, 2026, by 5:00PM (CT). Proposers’ questions shall be submitted in writing, online via the City’s Supplier Portal using the electronic question feature specific to this request for proposal. Proposals are due on April 23, 2026 by 2:00 PM (CT). The proposal submittal must be returned, as instructed in the RFP, in a sealed envelope or box marked on the outside with the Proposer’s name and address and RFP number. Proposals must be time stamped by the closing date and time.
