REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS TOWN OF WHITESTOWN PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR STORMWATER, SEWER SYSTEM, SITE DEVELOPMENT, AND WATERSHED PROJECTS The Town of Whitestown (Town) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from professional engineering firms to complete stormwater retrofitting (along streets and at municipal facilities), separated storm and sanitary/combined sewer design, site design (hydraulic modeling, grading, utilities, parking lots, sidewalks, roads, and greeninfrastructure in accordance with the NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual), and watershed management (riverine modeling, floodplain restoration, flood resiliency, surface water quality).
