High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Virgil Judd, Deceased and Heirs or Devisees of Virgil Judd, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 2375 Hiawatha Park Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43211 , parcel number 010-0074719-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 2375 Hiawatha Park Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43211 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitled.
