Business 2 (B-2) LEGAL NOTICE EAST BRIDGEWATER PLANNING BOARD – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The PLANNING BOARD of the Town of East Bridgewater, as required by MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5 (the Zoning Act) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:45 p.m. in the Town Office Building, 175 Central St. in the large second floor Conference Room. The hearing will be to review, discuss, and make a recommendation to Annual Town Meeting regarding changing two existing Business 4 (B-4) districts to Business 2 (B-2) districts and updating the East Bridgewater Zoning Map.   The 2 current B-2 districts are located northwest of Union Street and southeast of North Bedford Street (Route 18) and include the area easterly of Towne Tavern and Paul Wolf Motors.   Please note that the complete text of the Town Meeting article and a detailed diagram of this proposed Zoning Map revision is available for viewing at the Planning/Building Department, second floor of Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Building/Planning Department website.   AD# 12181665 BE 03/23, 03/30/2026
