ADU LEGAL NOTICE EAST BRIDGEWATER PLANNING BOARD – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The PLANNING BOARD of the Town of East Bridgewater will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Office Building, 175 Central Street, Large Second Floor Conference Room. The purpose of the hearing will be to review a proposed Amendment to Section 6 D (7) of the Zoning By-Laws of the Town to permit the construction of accessory dwelling units consistent with the provisions of Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024 (the “Affordable Homes Act”) and the Planning Board seeks public input relative to this proposal.   The full text of the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment is available for review at the Planning/Building Department, second floor of Town Hall, during normal business hours and on the Building/Planning Department website.   AD# 12181716 BE 03/23, 03/30/2026
