North Bedford Street Housing Overlay District LEGAL NOTICE EAST BRIDGEWATER PLANNING BOARD – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The PLANNING BOARD of the Town of East Bridgewater will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:15 p.m. in the Town Office Building, 175 Central Street, Large Second Floor Conference Room. The purpose of the hearing will be to review a proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-Laws and the Zoning Map whereby a new district entitled “North Bedford Street Housing Overlay District” be added. The proposed district would allow the construction of single and multi-family housing and/or mixed use development as a matter of right in accordance with the mandates of Mass. General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 3A.
