NOTICE OF ZONING PETITION
Notice is hereby given that The Historic Preservation Commission will convene a zoning hearing regarding a special exception of the property described below on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Arthur A. Mendonsa Hearing Room at 112 E. State Street, Savannah, GAand via digital meeting platform at www.thempc.org.
Petition of Tim Kinsey of Core Design and Architecture, on behalf of the property owner, Amicus Properties, Inc., with Rob Abelson as an Authorized Officer, for a special exception for a parcel of 0.09 acres, located at 309 West 31 St (PIN 20066 11011). The request is to allow the use of a side yard of the property to construct an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The subject property is within the TN-2 zoning district (File No. 26-001335-ZA).
Public Comment Allowed: Anyone whose interest of property rights may be affected by the proposed changes may appear at that time, may be heard, and may submit evidence, including written comments.
