PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North Castle at Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York on Thursday evening, April 9, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. regarding a request on the appeal and application of 45 HURLINGHAM LLC, 26 Hurlingham Drive, Greenwich, CT 06830 and known on the Town Tax Assessment Maps as Section 102.04 Block 1, Lot 26 and located in an R2A Zoning District, which is a denial from the Building Inspector of the Town of North Castle. In order to install the tennis court as a hard surface court, the applicant will require the following variance:
Pursuant to Section 355-26(C)(1)(b) of the Town Code, the maximum permitted gross land coverage is 41,239 sq. ft., where 48,861 sq. ft. are provided, requiring a variance of 7,622 sq. ft.
