Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinances were adopted by the Common Council on April 1, 2026 and approved by the Mayor on the 1st day of April 2026.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-86 OF CHAPTER 19 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF APPLETON, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
(Municipal Services Committee 03-18-2026)
The Common Council of the City of Appleton does ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section 19-86 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of Appleton, relating to parking restrictions, is hereby created as follows. This ordinance supersedes and repeals any conflicting ordinance regarding parking in the designated area.
No stopping, standing, or parking on the north side of Orchard Blossom Drive from Telulah Avenue to a point 47 feet east of Telulah Avenue.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and upon its passage and publication, the Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes in the Parking District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-86 OF CHAPTER 19 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF APPLETON, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS.

The Common Council of the City of Appleton does ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section 19-86 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of Appleton, relating to parking restrictions, is hereby created as follows. This ordinance supersedes and repeals any conflicting ordinance regarding parking in the designated area.
Parking be restricted to two hours on school days from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the north side of Florida Avenue from a point 45 feet east of Durkee Street to a point 470 feet east of Durkee Street.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and upon its passage and publication, the Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes in the Parking District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-86 OF CHAPTER 19 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF APPLETON, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS.

The Common Council of the City of Appleton does ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section 19-86 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of Appleton, relating to parking restrictions, is hereby created as follows. This ordinance supersedes and repeals any conflicting ordinance regarding parking in the designated area.
Parking be restricted to a passenger loading zone with no parking on school days from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the east side of Badger Avenue from a point 40 feet southeast of Schneider Place to a point 255 feet southeast of Schneider Place.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and upon its passage and publication, the Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes in the Parking District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.

The Common Council of the City of Appleton does ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section 19-86 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of Appleton, relating to parking restrictions, is hereby created as follows. This ordinance supersedes and repeals any conflicting ordinance regarding parking in the designated area.
Parking be restricted to 15 minutes on school days from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the east side of Badger Avenue from a point 75 feet northwest of Schneider Place to a point 145 feet northwest of Schneider Place.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and upon its passage and publication, the Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes in the Parking District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.

Section 1: That Section 19-86 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of Appleton, relating to parking restrictions, is hereby created as follows. This ordinance supersedes and repeals any conflicting ordinance regarding parking in the designated area.
Metered parking be established on the south side of College Avenue from Durkee Street to a point 185 feet east of Durkee Street.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and upon its passage and publication, the Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes in the Parking District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.

The Common Council of the City of Appleton does ordain as follows.
Section 1: That Section 19-86 of Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of the City of Appleton, relating to parking restrictions, is hereby created as follows. This ordinance supersedes and repeals any conflicting ordinance regarding parking in the designated area.
No Parking/15-Minute Loading Zone be established on the south side of College Avenue from a point 185 feet east of Durkee Street to a point 180 feet west of Drew Street.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, and upon its passage and publication, the Traffic Engineer is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes in the Parking District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
