NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a Meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Wall on March 2, 2026, at the Wall Township Municipal Complex Meeting Room , 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey, the following action was taken.
The Applicants, Mary Nacarlo and Tera McGehee, Block 27, Lots 3 and 4.
Property address: 908 and 916 4th Avenue, Wall, New Jersey 07712.
The applicants were granted approval for Minor Subdivision to move the common line between Lots 3 and 4 fifteen feet westerly, together with the following variances: (1) lot area, 4,000 square feet proposed where a minimum of 9,000 square feet is required; (2) lot width, 40 feet proposed and 65 feet is required; (3) lot frontage, 40 feet proposed where 65 feet is required; (4) building coverage, 28% proposed and 25% maximum permitted; (5) impervious coverage, 47.9% proposed and 40% maximum permitted, as per Resolution dated March 2, 2026.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the determination of said Board has been filed in the office of said Board at the Municipal Complex, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey and is available for inspection.
