PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Village of Plover
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Plover Plan Commission will hold four public hearings on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Plover Municipal Center Board Room, 2400 Post Road, Plover, WI 54467, to consider the following:
1. Amendment to Village of Plover Municipal Code – Chapter 447 Signs Ordinance – Updating off-premises/billboard signage standards. A copy of the proposed amendments is available for public review at the Village of Plover Municipal Center during regular business hours.
2. Conditional Use Pemit - 4 Seasons Powersports & Service Center Inc. Request to operate a powersports sales and service business with limited outdoor display of inventory at 2850 Post Road (PIN: 1734214).
3. Conditional Use Permit – Robert and Ashley Allen – Request to allow for a residential duplex in the B-2 General Business District at 2940 Plover Springs Drive (PIN: 17344C4905).
4. Conditional Use Permit – Steve and Paula Worzella – Request for an accessory structure exception for a proposed detached garage that exceeds Village ordinance standards at 1921 Clar-re Drive (PIN: 1736414).
