OFFICIAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that electronic bids will be received up to 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 20, 2026, through the online bidding service of QuestCDN.com, www.QuestCDN.com, for manhole rehabilitation, including replacing castings, installing chimney seals, grouting manhole leaks, sanitary sewer spot repairs, and appurtenant work. Bids will be opened and publicly read in Room 310 of City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and through a Zoom virtual meeting. Sealed Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the City of Oshkosh on the form provided by the City of Oshkosh in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file proper Contract and Bond within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The Bid Bond can be presented in pdf format. If the successful bidder executes the Contract and files the necessary bonds within the allowed time, then the Bid Bond shall be released. If the successful bidder fails to execute the Contract and file the Contract Bond within the allowed time, then the Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the CITY as liquidated damages.
