The Board of Education of Harlem Consolidated School District #122, Winnebago County, Illinois, is officially accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Comprehensive Benefit Consulting Services.
Submission & Opening Details: All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "RFP – Benefit Consulting Services" and delivered to the District's Business Office at the address below.
Location: 8605 N. Second Street, Machesney Park, IL 61115
Proposal Deadline: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST
Public Opening: Proposals will be publicly opened and the names of respondents read aloud at 1:00 PM CST on the same date at the District Administration Office.
RFP Documents: Complete specifications, including the required scope of services (inclusive of health, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefit management) and evaluation criteria, are available on the District's website at: https://www.harlem122.org/departments/business-services/bids
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to select the firm that best meets the needs and interests of Harlem Consolidated School District #122.
