The Petition alleges that Hadiya Celso Otika requires the assistance of a guardian and conservator. A copy of the Petition is attached, and you are referred to it for further details. The Petition will be heard before the Circuit Court at the Minnehaha County Courthouse, 425 North Dakota Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on Tuesday, the 28th day of April, 2026, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. of said day. If Hadiya Celso Otika, is determined to need the assistance of a guardian and/or conservator, a guardian and/or conservator will be appointed to act on his behalf. If a guardian is appointed, the guardian may be given full or partial control of the care and custody of said minor child, and may have the right to regulate certain or all of his activities. If a conservator is appointed, the conservator may be given full or partial control of the minor child's property. Other persons interested in these proceedings may apply for permission to participate at the hearing.
