March 18, 2026 ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE BROWN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES (SHORELANDS AND WETLANDS) 26-025O - The ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE BROWN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES (SHORELANDS AND WETLANDS) amends the previous Chapter 22 Ordinance which governs Brown County rules and regulations regarding shorelands and wetlands. The Amended Ordinance, in general, updates the prior Chapter 22 to reflect current Wisconsin Statutory citations and definitions, to otherwise bring the prior Chapter 22 up to date with the State Model Shoreland Ordinance that was last revised on 10-18-2023 and to ensure Brown County remains a DNR certified entity.
