PUBLIC NOTICE   ORDINANCE CONCERNING REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE ACCUMULATION & REMOVAL OF RUBBISH   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 23, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, adopted an Amended Ordinance entitled as follows:   “REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE ACCUMULATION & REMOVAL OF RUBBISH”   The text of the proposed amendments to this Ordinance were initially published in full in the Coloradoan on November 11, 2025. The Ordinance was read and passed on third reading at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on March 23, 2026. This Ordinance is available for public inspection at the office of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, 200 W. Oak St., Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521.
