INDIANA EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CENTERS: NIESC SCHOOL FOOD CO-OP REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Northern Indiana Educational Services Center (NIESC), on behalf of participating Indiana Educational Service Center School District Members will receive sealed proposals for the period of July 1, 2026 -June 30, 2027 via the NIESC Online RFP Bid System for: School Milk/Dairy Distributor School Bread / Bakery Distributor Qualified and experienced firms are invited to submit a proposal online in accordance with the program instructions until Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST at the NIESC office, located at 56535 Magnetic Drive, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545. Specifications are on file at the NIESC office. Proposals must be completed online.Mailed proposals will not be accepted. To complete an online proposal, vendors are required to register. Vendors may register via the NIESC RFP Program at this link: https://niesc.cooppurchase.com. Bids must be accompanied with the following items delivered via regular mail: ? Documents not received by the opening date and time will nullify the proposal that was submitted online. All other required forms should be included online with the proposal. The initial term of this contract, which results from the award of this RFP, shall commence on July 1, 2026 and terminate June 30, 2027. The NIESC School Food Co-op and participating Indiana Educational Service Center School District Members reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to clarify items in a proposal, and to waive errors or corrections in a proposal or in the proposal process. Failure to provide the completed proposal may render the Proposal non-responsive. The NIESC School Food Co-op reserves the right to retain all proposals for a period of at least sixty (60) days. The successful respondent(s) will be notified of the award in writing following a meeting of the NIESC Governing Board.
