NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE   One Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License Minimum Bid $400,000   Introduction:   Pre-Qualification applications are being accepted by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Haddon Heights for consideration by the Borough Council in granting (1) One New Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License within the Borough of Haddon Heights.   All Pre-Qualification applications will be accepted and taken by the Borough Clerk through 4:00 p.m., May 5, 2026, at the Borough Clerk’s Office, Haddon Heights Municipal Building, 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, New Jersey 08035. All prospective bidders shall be designated as qualified not later than June 3, 2026. All Pre-Qualified Applicants as announced by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Haddon Heights, shall be eligible to participate in a Public Auction Sale for the Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License during a Public Auction Sale which shall commence on June 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Haddon Heights Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, New Jersey 08035. The formal award of the Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License, to the highest qualified bidders shall take place at the regular meeting of the Haddon Heights Borough Council following the public sale.
