In accordance with the Town of Charlton Zoning By-Laws, you are hereby being notified of a Public Hearing on: Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Nelson Burlingame, petitioner for the property located at 186 Burlingame Road, Charlton, MA, Assessors Map 51, Block C, Lot 2.1, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Permit/Variance/Appeal of the Town of Charlton Zoning Ordinance.
Presently located on the premises is a commercial garage and is zoned Agricultural. The petitioner seeks to continue to use the commercial garage to house, maintain, and repair company equipment.
The petitioner seeks to Appeal the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officers order dated March 12, 2026.
A meeting will be held on this Appeal at the Town of Charlton – Municipal Building, Meeting Room 1, 37 Main St., Charlton, MA on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will allow you to be heard relative to the approval of this application.
