In accordance with the Town of Charlton Zoning By-Laws, you are hereby being notified of a Public Hearing on: Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Dmytrii Moshxivskiy, petitioner for the property located at 48 Stevens Park Road, Charlton, MA, Assessors Map 17A, Block G, Lot 22, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Permit/Variance of the Town of Charlton Zoning Ordinance.
Presently located on the premises is a single-family residence and is zoned Residential. The petitioner seeks to expand/renovate/reconstruct the existing residence.
The petitioner seeks to Appeal the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officers order dated February 24, 2026.
A meeting will be held on this Appeal at the Town of Charlton – Municipal Building, Meeting Room 1, 37 Main St., Charlton, MA on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will allow you to be heard relative to the approval of this application.
